Start with an open class - Continue in a Group
New yoga groups are forming this autumn, starting with open classes where you can get a feel for the approach and connect in person. Step by step, we’ll learn physical, breathing, and meditative practices — yoga as a path of evolving inner human potential.
In November, open classes introduce the themes we’ll look into throughout the year. In December, the practice continues in a regular group for deeper exploration.
Program
Format and Schedule
There are two groups — morning and evening — both following the same program, so you can choose the time that works best for you. Classes take place weekly, last about 1.5–2 hours, and include physical practice on the mat followed by reflective part with discussion.
Price: 20 € per class or 60 € for a 4-class pass. The first class is free.
