Welcome to explore yoga as a practice of personal transformation — working with the body, emotions, and mind. In our classes we learn and practice physical, breathing, and meditative yoga exercises — opening a space for inner change.
Morning Hatha yoga classes focus more on the body. Evening thematic classes also include a learning or reflective part with the intellectual and philosophical aspects of yoga. The intention behind the classes is to support you in building your individual practice and in working out yoga techniques for your growth.
You can start with a open class, thematic courses, or an individual session.
